Last updated: June 2026. Plainly: what the Lotwyse signal is, and what it is not.
Lotwyse is a data and analytics product that estimates retail demand from overhead imagery of parking lots. It automates the work of turning what's physically in a lot into a comparable, chain-level read.
Nothing from Lotwyse is a recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy, sell, or hold any security. The signal is an input to your own analysis, not a call. Lotwyse is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary.
Signals are probabilistic estimates derived from imagery and models. Counts can be wrong. A full lot is not a guarantee of a beat, and an empty one is not a promise of a miss.
Backtests and historical accuracy do not guarantee future results. A signal that front-ran ten prints can miss the eleventh. Treat any historical figure as context, not a forecast.
How you position around the signal is entirely your call and your risk. Lotwyse takes no side of your trades and no responsibility for their outcome.
Coverage, resolution, weather, and lot type all affect a read. Chains without car-based lots, or with a heavy delivery and online mix, are weaker signals by nature — and we'll say so rather than pretend otherwise.
Lotwyse is in private beta. Beta software may contain bugs, experience downtime, or change without notice. Features available today may be modified, replaced, or removed.
Lotwyse is a technology and data company. Nothing on this platform creates a broker-dealer, advisory, or fiduciary relationship, and nothing here should be read as a promise of any financial result.
