Last updated: June 2026. What Lotwyse collects, why, and how we look after it.
Lotwyse provides a retail-demand signal built from overhead imagery of parking lots. The service is operated by Lotwyse ("we," "us," "our"). For any privacy question, write to team@lotwyse.com.
Account details. Your name, work email, firm, and a rough sense of what you trade — given to us directly when you request access.
Feed usage. Which chains, sites, or indices you query, used to run the feed and improve it — not to reconstruct your strategy.
Product analytics. Aggregated, anonymized usage that can't be tied back to an individual.
We do not collect your positions, orders, P&L, or trades. What you do with the signal happens inside your own systems. We can't see it, we don't store it, and we don't want it.
The signal is derived from commercial satellite imagery of publicly visible locations. It's observation of public spaces — parking lots — not personal data about individuals. We don't identify people, and we don't tie vehicles to their owners.
We use your information to operate the feed, calibrate our models, communicate with you about your account and the beta, and improve the product in aggregate. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
We work with imagery providers and cloud infrastructure to run the service. Where a partner must process data to provide those services, they receive only what's necessary and are bound to use it solely for that purpose.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, plus anonymized analytics to understand product usage. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers. You can disable non-essential cookies without breaking the core service.
We use encrypted transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular reviews to protect your data. No system is risk-free, but we treat the protection of account information seriously and respond promptly to any issue we identify.
Account information is kept while your account is active. Anonymized analytics are kept in aggregate form. Close your account and we delete personal data we're not legally required to retain.
You may request access to your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion of your account, or a portable copy of your information. Email team@lotwyse.com and we respond within 30 days.
We may update this notice. Material changes are emailed to registered users and posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised notice.
