By accessing or using Lotwyse (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These terms apply to everyone — beta participants, account holders, and visitors.
Lotwyse is a data and analytics platform that estimates retail demand from overhead imagery of parking lots. It provides site-level counts, chain-level demand indices, trends, and confidence scores. The Service is in private beta and provided free of charge to eligible desks during that period.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Creating an account requires a valid work email and accurate information about your role. You're responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us at team@lotwyse.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Use Lotwyse only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer the platform or models, resell or redistribute the feed, scrape the Service with automated tools, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law or your own regulatory obligations.
The signal is data and estimates, not a recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy, sell, or hold any security. Lotwyse is not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary. You make your own trading decisions and bear your own risk.
Signals are probabilistic estimates derived from imagery and models. They may be incomplete or wrong. The Service is provided "as is," and a given read is not a guarantee of any earnings outcome.
Lotwyse is a data provider. We take no side of your trades, hold no position based on your account activity, and accept no responsibility for decisions you make using the signal.
The Lotwyse platform — its design, code, models, indices, and branding — belongs to Lotwyse. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative products from the feed. Your right to use the Service grants no ownership of it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any read will fit your thesis. Beta features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lotwyse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid for the Service, which during the beta is zero.
You may stop using the Service anytime and close your account by emailing team@lotwyse.com. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue it.
We may modify these terms. Material changes are emailed to registered users and posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, your remedy is to stop using the Service and close your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lotwyse operates. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, resolved under applicable arbitration rules.
